1. Chat is by far the most efficient way to get an answer, which can be found right on our Helpdesk in the bottom right hand side.
2. If you feel the need to call, please reach out at 1-(888)701-9899
3. While the response time tends to be a bit longer, certain circumstance require you to send an email to Counter Support. Details on how to do so are noted below.
Here is a step by step guide for you:
- If you have an account, please feel free to log in.
- Click ‘submit a request’ in the top right-hand corner of our Helpdesk and choose the form that best fits your inquiry.
- Dependent upon the form you choose, you will need to enter needed information such as email address, reason, order number and a description
- By clicking submit the system will create a ticket that is submitted to our Counter Support team.
- You will then be emailed a ticket number and an automated message letting you know that your ticket has been submitted to Counter Support.
