First Time Buyer Promotion Tips

As a new customer, you are eligible to receive a discount on your first order (usually 20% off) and Conditions do apply.

• You can also receive a 20% off code by signing-up to receive our text messages if you receive the prompt while using your mobile device.

 TIP:

• The discount code isn’t case-sensitive, and you can usually combine it (discounts do not stack) with other promotions being offered on the site at the time of your purchase.
• Please keep in mind, you cannot apply multiple codes at checkout.

• If the code is applying, but the subtotal isn’t changing, please verify the following:

• Make sure you’re not receiving a greater discount already.
• For example, if a product is discounted by the 30% off, and you’re trying to apply the 20% off code as a First Time Buyer, the code will show as applied but it will not affect the price of the product since discounts cannot stack.

• If the code isn’t applying, please verify the following:

• Make sure you’ve successfully signed up using the registration link provided above and that you have entered your email into the contact information before entering a promo code.
• Make sure the product is eligible for the promotion. Some products are excluded from the First Time Buyer Promotion or other promotions. If the product you want to purchase is a set, it will most likely be excluded. As a workaround, you can purchase the products separately. • If you haven not shopped with us before; if you have shopped through one of our Brand Advocates before, then that would count as your first order. Additionally, even if you’re not a new customer, you will still see the First Time Buyer Promotion offer on our website if you’re not logged into your Beautycounter account.

 TIP:

• Confirm that you’ve met the subtotal requirement (usually $100.00 USD/$125.00 CAD or greater).
• The subtotal requirement excludes the Enrollment Fee tax, shipping, and/or DISCOUNTS applied to the subtotal.
