Yes! You can modify an order within 15 minutes of its placement. To cancel, please follow these steps:
- Head to beautycounter.com and log in to your Beautycounter account.
- Once you've logged in, click the person icon located in the upper-right corner.
- Select Order History.
- Select the order that you'd like to cancel and click on the order number (bc...).
- On the order details page, click the vertical ellipsis icon (3 dots) located above the payment method section.
- Click the Change Order button.
- Select the I want to change the selected payment type option.
- Finally, click the Continue button if you agree with the stipulations.
