Unfortunately, we do not currently have this system capability. We always suggest, to our US clients/members/Consultants, to please keep the tracking information that is on the pre-paid shipping label. Saving that information can help expedite the refund process by reaching out to us and providing the tracking number so we can then issue the refund. Our Canadian clients/members/Consultants will have tracking information provided by the carrier once the package is shipped back to us.
