You will receive two emails notifying you that your Product Credit will expire.
The emails are sent as follows:
1. Ten days prior to the expiration date you will receive an email notifying you that your Product Credit will expire.
2. One day prior to your expiration date you will receive your second email notifying you that your Product Credit will expire.
Unfortunately, there are no exceptions for expired Product Credit.
