Step by Step Return Process - How do I start a return?

US Returns Process:

Click this link to begin our online return form:  https://returns.narvar.com/beautycounter/returns 

• Enter your order number (from your account order history, not the packing slip) and the shipping Zip Code
• Select the eligible product you would like to return
• The review page will display an estimated refund amount.
• Follow the instructions to print a prepaid shipping label and return form.
• Once submitted, a return request confirmation email will be sent, including the downloadable prepaid label and return form as well as a tracking link for the return.

Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Be sure to include the return form in the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid shipping label to the box.  

Drop off your package at any United States Postal Service (USPS) access point, including a local post office, USPS blue collection box, your home mailbox, or any DHL location within the 60 days from the original order ship date.

You may also schedule free USPS pickup by visiting usps.com/pickup.  Online purchases cannot be returned through our retail stores. 

Once the return ships, use the link in your return request confirmation email to track its progress. Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been completed.

CA Returns Process:

To return an item purchased from one of our retail locations, please contact the store directly. Retail In-store purchases cannot be returned through the online method. In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund of the price paid for the product (with applicable taxes) for any reason if returned within 60 days of the original purchase date and provided the customer has their original receipt.

Valid refunds will be provided in the original form of payment. Be sure to include the order number and the product you are requesting to return.  Online purchases or phone orders cannot be returned in store.
