If you still cannot find your Password Reset email, you likely have a firewall that is not allowing our emails to reach you. You will need to change the email on your account to be able to reset it, and can only do so by calling Counter Support at 888-701-9899. They will guide you through the below steps:
- Update your email address on file to a secondary. If you do not have a second email address do you have a spouse, sibling, child, or friend who has access to their email at this time who can help?
- Counter Support will send the password reset email to the new email on file.
- Once received, click on the link contained in the email and reset your password. Be sure to take note of the new password!
- You can choose to leave the new secondary email address on your account, or Counter Support can change it back to your primary. Either way, your password will remain the same. While the above steps are not ideal, it is the only way to circumvent the password reset process due to security purposes.
