Troubleshooting tips to accepting Band of Beauty Terms and Conditions

Trouble accepting the terms?

Due to firewalls set for security on certain email servers, sometimes our emails are blocked and do not get successfully delivered. You can use the below link to accept the T&Cs, you’ll just want to ensure you are logged into your Beautycounter.com account on the device you are clicking the below link from: 

https://www.beautycounter.com/band-of-beauty-terms-acceptance 

Once a Member has submitted their enrollment order, they will receive an email with a link to accept the Terms and Conditions of the program and will be given 6 days from when their order was placed to accept. All enrolling Members are required to accept the Terms and Conditions via email before their order can be processed. 

After the 6 days from the time and date their order was placed, the order will be cancelled. Enrolling Members will receive a follow-up reminder email to accept the Terms and Conditions in their account approximately 48 hours before the order expires.

If the Terms and Conditions are not accepted the pending order will expire and the order will be cancelled.
