1. Click the “Forgot Password” link on the account login page.

2. Enter the email associated with your account.

3. Check your email! The password reset link is only valid for 30 minutes. Click on the link and reset your password, making sure all requirements are met.

• If you don't see it at the top of your inbox, search for countmein@beautycounter.com, and check your spam. 
• If you still do not find the email, please move to the next issue topic.
