How to set up an Auto-replenishment order:
|
- To get started, simply visit the product you’d like to subscribe to and select the auto-replenishment option. Once you select auto-replenishment, select your preferred shipment frequency and add to bag.
- Please note that not all Beautycounter products are eligible for auto-replenishment currently.
- A list of eligible items can be found (https://beautycounter.com/auto-replenishment) towards the bottom in the FAQ section.
- Once you are ready, proceed through the Check-out process to submit your order along with the setup of future Auto-Replenishment orders.

How can changes be made to an Auto Replenishment order?
|
- Making changes to your account is quick and simple! You can make changes to your auto-replenishment order up to 24 hours before your order is set to be renewed.
- These changes can be made in the “Auto-Replenishment” section of your account. You will see the option to ship now, Change the date, or skip the shipment altogether.
- Keep in mind we will send you a reminder email 10 days before your order ships.

Is Product Credit automatically applied to the order?
|
- No, Product Credit is not automatically applied to the auto replenishment, nor will we be able to apply Product Credit to auto-replenishment orders.

How to Cancel an Auto-Replenishment order:
|
- For any auto-replenishment order that is set up on an account, you have the capability to cancel any future auto-replenishment product shipment up to 24 hours before your order is set to renew. To do so, head to the “Auto-Replenishment” section within “My Account.”
- Select “Cancel Auto-Replenishment” under the item you wish to cancel. You’ll receive a confirmation email confirming this item in your auto-replenishment order was canceled.
