Out of stock Items:

- If an item becomes out of stock or is discontinued the customer will receive an email notification that the product is discontinued or out of stock and will not ship with their auto-replenishment. The system will try 3 times.
- If the item is unavailable when we plan to ship it, we will notify the customer that we are unable to process the order, and we will wait to process the order until the next scheduled shipping date based on the shipment frequency selected.

Promotions:

- If there is a site-wide promotion running when a customer’s auto-replenishment is placed, the customer will receive the higher discount.
- If a gift with purchase promotion is running when the customer’s auto-replenishment order is placed, the customer will receive the gift with purchase. Please note that these discounts do not stack.
- If the Customer wants to take advantage of a promotion and changes their ship date on a current (future) auto replenishment, they can change the ship date at any time under the “Auto-Replenishment” section within their account.

Attribution:

- Once the customer sets up an Auto-replenishment order with a consultant, it is attached to that Consultant till its canceled.
- If the customer does not want it attached to that Consultant going forward, they would need to cancel the order and set up a new auto-replenishment order
- They can have a subscription Consultant set that is different than their primary Consultant
